Those who would like to work and live in a country, should sooner or later be able to converse in the local language.

Does one have to know the language perfectly before entering the country? Surely not. Basic knowledge of German is however very helpful.

This can easily be learned in advance while still in the home country.

In many states, „Goethe Institutes“ exist for this purpose, but globally accessibly online sites such as the offerings of the „Deutsche Welle“ are also available.

Once inside Germany, learning to speak the language is not so difficult.
There are Vocational Training Schools ("Volkshochschulen") in every city that offer language instruction tailored to migrants. The costs are comparitively low.
