Attorney Fees

Lawyers in Germany may freely negotiate frees. However the Bar Association provides over-sight.
We have calculated our costs so that relatively small fees are incurred as long as our cus-tomer is still in the home country, the major part becomes due once an entrance visa has been granted.
We charge for individual sections. You can therefore continuously decide whether you want to take our services to the next section.

All amounts are flat final amounts including VAT.
The amount for each section, however, is to be paid in advance.
Please understand that we end our work if the customer fails to meet his or her financial obligations.

Section 1.

Recognition of a foreign diploma or vocational training costs 800 EUR.

Section 2.

Preliminary assessment of the prospects of success of attaining a residence permit or a visa to find work, is another 300 euros.

Section 3.

Method of obtaining a residence permit or a visa to look for work: additional 1000 Euros. Payment due in two installments, 200 euros initially for the application and, after the deci-sion by the immigration authorities, a further 800 euros are due.

Section 4.

Advice on the completion of the work contract: the statutory fee is at least 250 euros.
